Thresholds use site count, camera count, and saved-video days. Standard fits smaller groups; Professional, Portfolio, and Custom step up as locations, cameras, or saved-video needs grow.
Plan level depends on sites or cameras. Hitting either threshold is enough to move up a plan.

How the plan helper works, and why we price around your properties.
How do the thresholds work?
Scale uses sites or cameras, whichever is higher. Saved video uses how many days footage needs to stay available. The recommended plan is the higher of those two. Example: 2 sites with 90 cameras points to Professional on cameras alone; 2 sites with 16 cameras and 180 days saved points to Portfolio on saved video alone.
What are the published bands?
Standard: up to 3 sites / 32 cameras / 30 days. Professional: 4+ sites or 33+ cameras or 60–90 days. Portfolio: 8+ sites or 80+ cameras or 180–365 days. Custom: 20+ sites or 200+ cameras or 365-day+ programs.
