You may need a VideoSafes account, which we create for you. You are responsible for maintaining your account information and securing your login credentials. You may not misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You may use this website to learn about VideoSafes, contact our team, and request a product demonstration. You agree not to interfere with website operation, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

SSI Video Safe Inc. will create your account and supply login details. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Product capabilities, compatibility, retention options, and deployment requirements depend on the specific customer environment and should be confirmed during a VideoSafes evaluation or in a written agreement.

When you submit a form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to communicate with VideoSafes on behalf of the organization identified in the submission.

All subscriptions, payments, and billing matters are handled directly by SSI Video Safe Inc. Subscription plans may change at our discretion with notice.

The Service may include software that updates automatically. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely as part of the Service. Some components may be subject to open-source licenses.

If you access VideoSafes through an Apple device or application, the following terms also apply:

1. Both you and we acknowledge this agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service.
2. The app is licensed for use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Apple has no maintenance or support obligations for the app.
4. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may seek a refund from Apple if applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
5. We are responsible for addressing any claims regarding the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
6. We will handle any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement related to the app.
7. You confirm you are not located in a U.S.-sanctioned country and are not on a U.S. government restricted list.
8. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
9. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce these Apple-related terms against you.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Suffolk County, New York.
