Works with your existing setup

Keep your cameras. Bring them into one app.

VideoSafes works with cameras from the major brands — even a mix of brands across your properties — so you don't have to replace everything to get started.

How connection usually works

Three practical paths, not one forced camera stack.

Keep the cameras you have

Most customers start by bringing the cameras they already own into VideoSafes — for live view, look-back, and saved video — without replacing anything.

  • Works with a mix of camera brands
  • We confirm your exact cameras on a short call
  • Move one property or group of cameras at a time

Link older cameras when needed

If your older cameras still work but you can't watch them from anywhere, a small on-site link can bring them into VideoSafes. We help you choose it — we don't sell boxed kits.

  • Useful when the cameras still cover the building well
  • Upgrade step by step instead of all at once
  • Only suggested where it solves a real problem

Replace only what isn't working

If a building needs new cameras, we can help you pick ones from well-known brands — or plain, unbranded cameras if you prefer. It's optional and not needed to get started.

  • Not locked into one camera maker
  • Indoor, outdoor, and pan-and-zoom options
  • Planned together with VideoSafes, never a forced bundle

Manufacturer environments we commonly see

Mixed camera brands are normal, not an exception.

FAQ

Compatibility FAQ

Short answers about existing-camera support, mixed camera brands, and optional hardware.

Which camera brands work with VideoSafes?

VideoSafes works with cameras from the major brands, including buildings with a mix of brands. We confirm your exact cameras and recorders on a short online call.

Do we have to buy VideoSafes cameras?

No. Most customers start with the cameras they already have. New equipment only comes up if a building needs new cameras or a new recorder.

Do you ship boxed kits?

No. The demo is about the app. If a building later needs a small box to link its cameras, we help you choose it and plan it with you or your installer.

How is this different from camera systems that make you buy their cameras?

Some systems only work with their own cameras, so switching means replacing everything. VideoSafes is built to keep the cameras you have, bring them into one app, and suggest new equipment only if it's needed.

What should we have ready for the demo?

Roughly how many properties you have, the camera brands if you know them, what records the video today, which areas are indoors or outdoors, and how long you'd like video kept.

Bring your camera brands. We’ll show what can move to cloud.

Share sites, manufacturers, saved-video needs, and who needs access. We’ll recommend a plan and confirm compatibility against your real setup.
