Thank you for using VideOSaFeS. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VideOSaFeS app, platform, and related services (“Service”), provided by SSI Video Safe Inc. of Middle Island, NY.
Using the Service
You may need a VideOSaFeS account, which we create for you. You are responsible for maintaining your account information and securing your login credentials. You may not misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
Your VideOSaFeS Account
The Provider will create your account and supply login details. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
Subscription and Billing
All subscriptions, payments, and billing matters are handled directly by SSI Video Safe Inc. Subscription plans may change at our discretion with notice.

Apple Device and Application Terms
- Both you and we acknowledge this agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service.
- The app is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices.
- Apple has no maintenance or support obligations for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may seek a refund from Apple if applicable.
- We are responsible for addressing any claims regarding the app.
- We will handle any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement.
- You confirm you are not in a U.S.-sanctioned country or on a restricted list.
- You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Suffolk County, New York.
